The houses presented on our website are examples of houses which have been built; these designs might give you new inspiration and new ideas but you do not have to use these plans, our design will be customized to you needs.

EURO–HOUSE proudly includes all features and works required to realize your project. Our philosophy is to guide our clients from the very beginning of the planning phase to handing you your new home. This includes the timber frame construction, on which we give you a 30 year guarantee, all thermal and noise insulations, interior and exterior plastering, all windows, doors and stairs, the covering of the roof, foundation and site works, etc. All requirements for your project can be managed through a single point of contact with EURO–HOUSE.

The extremely short erection phase of not more than one week is because everything is prepared and prefabricated. The fine quality of our manufacturer's products is based on more than 65 years of experience. More than 15,000 houses have been built by our manufacturer since 1936. About 200 employees and another 200 sub–contracted workers erect an average of 250 houses each year for private customers and developers.
EURO–HOUSE also provides Commercial and Public Buildings like Medical Centres, Churches, Schools, Kindergartens, Offices, Car Dealerships, etc.

Our houses are built to the highest European standards using Oregon pine and/or Larch — grown in their natural weather environment of Northern Europe — giving greater structural stability. The excellent Thermal and Acoustic insulation in both the internal and external walls exceed all building regulation requirements and ensure supreme comfort with lower heating bills and noise levels. External and internal wall finishes can be plaster or wood. Stone or brick can be added to the external finish though it is not required structurally. We take the time to discuss your wishes and all details during the planning phase.

All materials to complete your house are delivered to site from our manufacturer's plant together with the manufacturer's professional team of technicians to erect it. You will be amazed how fast your home will come together.
